Information
You can call us to get more information about our tours. We also answer our emails daily. Please have a closer look at the programme, packing lists and booking conditions.
Reservations
You can book our tours directly by post or email. In short notice also by phone. To reserve the tour you have to pay 20 % deposit of the tour price to our account. When we have received the deposit to our account we will send you a written confirmation about the booked tour. The rest amount of the tour price is due to be paid by arrival.
Annulment
One month prior to the tour by written cancellation. By annulment we will pay the deposit back to you decreased by 30 Eur for our office costs.
Cancellation of the tour
If there are not enough participants (=min. size of the group) one month prior to the tour - we have the right to cancel the tour. In such case you will be informed immediately. You will get the paid amount of the tour price back. We cannot accept any other claims.
